Kameshni Naidoo

Kameshni was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2010. She is a director at the firm and has gained invaluable experience throughout her career. Kameshni has acted for various clients in different sectors and jurisdictions and has represented a political party in various litigious matters as well as representing large listed entities, private companies and entrepreneurs. She has not only acted for clients from South Africa, but for clients as far afield as America, Canada, Australia, UK, and Turkey. Kameshni has a keen interest in bankruptcy law and has experience in insolvency matters including liquidations and enquires. She also has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

  • Competition Law – University of the Witwatersrand 2012
  • Business Rescue – University of Johannesburg 2018
