Nicqui Galaktiou Inc. is a Dynamic Boutique Law Firm

NGinc is a dynamic boutique law firm comprising of the Director and Founder Nicqui Galaktiou, Directors Kameshni Naidoo and Megan Ross, Associates Thembelihle Shabalala and Marie-Claire Willys and Candidate Attorneys Talia Simpson and Lydia-Comfort Molaba, together with support staff. Nicqui started her legal career in 1997 and was admitted as an attorney in 1999. Fuelled by innovation instead of tradition, NGinc is challenging the traditional principles and approaches of legal practice and redefining the Art of Law. NGinc specialises in many areas including dispute resolution/litigation, commercial/contractual law, administrative law and media law. The firm has recently expanded its property law division to include conveyancing and real estate law.

NGinc’s philosophy is to provide clients with legal services and legal advice that is unique, creative and strategic. NGinc’s logo, the Yin Yang, symbolizes balance. We interpret this as achieving a client’s desired outcome within the framework of the law. Accomplishing this by deciding strategically when to take an aggressive approach, or when to retreat quietly like the wind subtle as the darkness.

We, as attorneys, believe that the legal profession requires a far higher standard of moral strength and accountability, which is why we founded NGinc on the principle of integrity. We provide advice and results that are achievable, realistic and strategized with integrity.

The doctrine of law is a historic ideology made up of a combination of rules, principles and procedures which have been practiced for hundreds of years. It is for this reason that we believe not only is moving with the times imperative, but so is being one step ahead in order to achieve our clients’ goals.

Practicing law requires more than merely legal thinking, it is essential to have modern and innovative thinking when interpreting the Art of Law. The law is continuously developing and evolving, to encompass the strategic ideas we aim for we have to ensure that we advance with these changes.
