Megan is a passionate litigator that thrives on developing unique strategies to tackle disputes in various industries. Her extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, including high-stakes litigation and arbitration has developed her legal insight and tactical foresight to complex matters.
Since 2012 Megan has represented listed entities, large private companies, family conglomerates, multi-national companies, politicians and entrepreneurs in local and foreign jurisdictions. Megan has recently branched out into Sport Law and currently represents Motorsport South Africa, which aside from her love for the sport has brought an additional diversity to her practice. Megan has also had the privilege of successfully vindicating her clients’ rights at the Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court.
